The Prineville Church of Christ leadership team works together with our church family to grow together as disciples of Jesus.
Our minister teaches the Word and journeys with us to grow as disciples and leaders.
Our deacon works with a finance team to take care of the finances. He also teaches Bible classes.
We are currently growing together and seeing who God will raise up as the next generation of elders to help guide, support, and pray for our church.
I love being on a lifelong journey with God. There are so many amazing things that happen and ‘coincidences’ that God orchestrates simply because of His love for us.
While the church in Prineville was praying for 2 years for a ministry family. My family was also praying and searching for God’s will during the same time period. James Freie saw what God was bringing together for such a time as this.
In 2018, we moved to Prineville to grow together as disciples of Jesus. Amanda and I have been married for over 20 years and have 4 amazing, blonde boys. They are compassionate, servant hearted, and always full of ideas.
We enjoy hiking, kayaking, camping, and playing games as a family and with others.
One of my favorite lines of Jesus comes from John 1:35-39, “Come and see.” If you have made it this far in our website, I invite you, like Jesus did, to come and see our church family. See what God is doing in our midst and join us on a journey of faith. I look forward to meeting you.
John is our deacon over finances and a native of Prineville. He is also a spiritual leader that teaches Bible classes. His wife, Leslie is a great supporter and encourager in our church family.
Michelle is the leader of our Leadership Training for Christ (LTC) Ministry. LTC is a ministry that develops our kids (3-12 grades) in areas of leadership and involvement within the church. Her husband, Gary, is a great supporter and encourager in our church family.
Jessica tirelessly serves in our clothing room sorting clothes, working with volunteers, and loving on those who come in to receive free clothes. Jessica is the heart of our clothing ministry. Her husband, Kurt, loves to serve and helps with repairing our building.
